It is 2009 and this year it seemed like the Autumn really arrive a couple a month ago. But officially it is now what we call the beginning of it. There is not better season like this one to be in NY, after the couple of month of heat, touristic caos and vacation travel of the summer. One of the best thing during these season is the shifting of weather, the cold breeze hitting your face,and the sudden silence in the whole city. It is known that the heat of the sun can really increase the Mood on people, so when the rain comes together with the breeze of autumn, people around you seems to calm themselves down and be in a better mood. Maybe because they know what its coming to this wonderful city are the most exiting holidays and celebrations, or the beautiful change of foliage color all over Central Park. Yes, thats what we like with the Autumn in NY, the things that we like the most. It is nice to sit outside a cafe or restaurant to enjoy a coffee or a meal without feeling the exhaustion of the heat, to walk thru central park and feel the romanticism that carries during these season. To start planning for Halloween festivities, follow by Thanksgiving and ending with Christmas or for other Chanukah. What for the rest of the nation Autumn represent a new season for show programming on TV for us is the new Broadways show season, when New shows and plays are presented with great actors and the old shows and plays replace theirs with new one. One of my favorite activities to do is shopping and nothing bring a better time for shopping like the Autumn when companies bring the new on electronics, toys for kids, new season clothing and the biggest sale of the Year- Black Friday. I know there is more to do in this great city of endless new things to do and as I go, I will try my best to mention them. But please be more than welcome to add yours. Enjoy it!!!
