Free Fax over the Internet....

I have plenty of friends that like to do things the old way and do not like to take advantage of the free new things you can do with the use of the Internet. One of them is sending a Fax thru it. Who has a telephone today's days in their houses even more a fax machine?, Who has a kinko's 24 hour station around their house?. Although I have a Kinko's around here, I prefer to do things from the comfort of my house than to walk the blocks to send the Fax. There are plenty Internet companies around there, but the one I use to send mine, with up to 3 pages for free per day, is www.gotfreefax.com . Is very simple to use, all you have to do is make a document page with the information you would like to send, or if you happens to have paper and you do have a scanner, scan the paper like any picture, saving the document as a doc, uploaded and send it. It is not as difficult as it sounds. Try it to see how you like it. I do, I save money doing this.

Cut the Crap!!!!!

I could consider myself a person with ups and downs like most of us, and that includes my eating habits. A couple of year ago I found this place while leaving my regular gym. It is called PUMP. It came back to my mind after years of not eating there, and finding myself eating the crap serve everywhere else. I do not cook, so it is important for me to eat well from what others cook. Today as I start a body cleansing procedure,, PUMP is happily back in my life. Dr on the Go for last minute events...

With the weather conditions, the swine flu, high cost insurance and deductibles.. It is scary to even go out of your house to avoid to get sick.. I just find out about a program by Duane Read pharmacies that if something happens to you on the last minute and your doctor can not take you in, or if you happens to be on vacation in NY visiting and your main doctor is back where you are from there is a great service for us. The Bag , The weather and the Economy

A couple of days ago I went out with a friend to a show and we were encountered with a situation that we could not avoid it at that moment but for the future we will. It was a cold rainy night in Manhattan so we went out with our coats, jackets and umbrellas. When we went inside the venue, they requested everybody to check their coats and items at the coat check.. Well the cost was 4usd per items checked. I manage to hide the umbrella inside the pocket of my coat but my friends umbrella was slightly bigger and he couldn't, so he was charged 8usd that includes 4usd for a 3usd umbrella. Really???
So on the way out we complained nicely and the lady attendant told us that she understood and that next time we should carry a bag to put everything inside and pay on e charge. And that I will do and tell everybody to do,, carry one of those bags you can fold and that becomes big when unfold in your coat or jacket pocket and if you happens to go to a place where you are required to check your belongings, put everything in there and SAVE MONEY.

Buddakan and the Asian fusion

For so many years people were wondering when in NYC someone will bring the famous Parisian Buddah BAR. Such place became so famous that people will go to visit Paris on vacation and wont leave it without going to it. They did bring it to NYC after two other appeared in the scene before it, Tao on 57th and Buddakan on the Meatpacking district. These two eclipsed the Buddah Bar in a lot of matters and in the most important.. The Menu. Buddakan becoming the best in menu and clientele cause is located in one of the most restaurant competitive area in Manhattan, The MeatPacking. Tao is the most touristic one for its location and most talk about for its ill famous sister restaurant in Las Vegas. Being Buddakan my favorite doesnt make the others worth seeing, on the contrary. Affordable Great Fresh Food.. Save money eat well

For those of you like me that hardly cook or don't cook at all, it is hard to find affordable places with great food. One of those believe it or not is La Cucina at not other than at MACY'S on Herald Square. For those of you that live close by or work by there, you should stop after work and check out the great selection of salad, sandwiches and food that they will sell either at half price or in other two for the price of one. They do this to keep the inventory fresh. Another place is the Chelsea Market. There is a selection of bakeries in there that after 5 or 6pm before closing some of their baked good will go for half price to keep inventory fresh. I recommend this places cause their are one of my favorites to grab a snack or something to eat. I will keep posting of others as I go. If you know of any post it here.
